At Directi we hire some of the best talent in the country. For tech hires we look favorably upon applicants who solve some of our coding puzzles. One of my colleagues just came across this amusing link on LimeExchange where someone is willing to pay for a solution to one of our puzzles

It’s quite strange that someone is searching for a solution of your problem. But I don’t think If someone apply for a job like this , you will consider. I solved the puzzle reaching the rig and attached my resume with mail 50 days back for an internship but I didn’t get any reply. The worst that was I expecting is like ..”thanks for applying, but your solution is wrong or inappropriate, better luck next time.” I waited for two weeks for any reply.
I hope you will consider my request for replying to candidates.
